Reporting to the Director, Corporate Partnership & Events, you will, as Account Coordinator, Corporate Partnership, play a key role in the delivery of all our sponsorship programs, including those for Sport Chek, Egg Farmers of Ontario, American Express, Jugo Juice, and many more. Furthermore, you will be instrumental in the department’s future growth by developing and implementing new programs and best practices.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating all sponsorship deliverables for our partners, including member communications, branding, digital advertising, social media, and more

  • Leading in-market partnership activation and sampling programs

  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on partnership activities, timelines, and responsibilities

  • Assisting with lead generation, development of sponsorship collateral, contracts, invoicing, and post-campaign reporting

  • Conducting a variety of sponsorship research (best practices, marketplace trends, and more)


  • University or College degree with a focus in Marketing, Sponsorship Sales, Sports/Business Management or similar

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience

  • Demonstrable passion for delivering creative, immersive, and engaging marketing campaigns

  • Hardworking “go getter” who takes initiative

  • Keen eye for the details and meeting deadlines

  • Strong knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides

  •  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (will be required to unload and distribute some sponsorship samples to members that may be transported in larger boxes)
  • A valid G driver’s license is required.


  • This is a full-time position (40 hours per week)

  • 25-30 hours per week will take place between 9 am and 5 pm from Monday to Friday

  • 10-15 hours per week will take place during evenings and weekends, which coincide with the majority of our league games and tournaments.


  • Salary range is expected to be between $35,000 and $38,000

  • 3 weeks vacation during the first year, with 4 weeks thereafter

  • Eligible for full benefits after 3 months

  • Access to company vehicle for work related tasks
